Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!

Tis the Season...

For me, this truly is the most wonderful time of the year.  With one week left, I thought I'd share my foodie wish list. Bon appetit!

1) A great sparkling wine is a classic, foolproof holiday hostess gift. Roederer Estate Brut, $19.97, Astor Wines. 2) Skip the ubiquitous flutes and add some 1920's glamour with these art deco style champagne classes. Rosa sparkling wine glasses, Crate & Barrel, $10.95. I've gotten away with transporting pies in some strange and precarious ways. This clever case by PieBox makes transporting easy and adds a nice touch when gifting your homemade pies. PieBox, $35.  A nice add-on to any gourmet gift box, Maldon Sea Salt has been the choice of chefs everywhere for over one hundred years. Malden Salt Company, $5 and up. Estate grown in Northern California, this EVOO is divine. McEvoy Ranch, $24.  For the ultimate in food gift baskets, check out mouth.com. All products are produced by "indie" companies in small batches. Pictured: Salted Caramel Apple Butter and Chocolate Hazelnut Spread, $6 and up.

Don't be fooled. It's Spring.
